The project is being developed by AHC Global Holdings, who hope to bring the concept to Japan and other destinations around the world. Renderings reveal a sleek, modern design, similar to a luxury apartment complex with three centralized courtyard areas. No word on any gaming, restaurants or swimming pool, but space is being reserved on the first floor for retail. When complete, the resort will have more than 300 rooms on up to five floors. The location is designed to take advantage of its relative proximity to Allegiant Stadium, billed as a seven-minute drive away. The first-ever Las Vegas hotel built in partnership with Airbnb is under construction near Decatur Boulevard and Russell Road west of the Strip.
